PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE GIVING YOUR CONSENT AS THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE THE LEGAL DOCUMENTATION THAT AUTHORIZES THE COLLECTION, STORAGE, USE, AND PROCESSING OF CERTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT YOU THROUGH THE RTC TRAINING INFO APP. BY CLICKING ON THE "CREATE A USER" BUTTON, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE SIGNED AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

  1. 1. By agreeing to these Terms of service, you grant the following permissions and rights to RTC Training info app.
    • a. To receive and store personal information you create or transmit; and
    • b. To check and confirm the accuracy of personal and business information you create or transmit; and
    • c. Sole responsibility of the user for the accuracy of the business and personal information created or transmitted by him/herself; and
    • d. To use the information collected as per the conditions set in these terms for internal needs of RTC Training Info app for the purpose of improving the quality and availability of services provided by the app and developing new products; and
    • e. RTC Training info app will transfer the information collected as per the conditions set in these terms to the Company, the developer of the appl, and allow using for the purposes specified in “1.d” of the Terms of Service.
  2. 2. In accordance with Clause 1.c of this Terms of Service, the user will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered by him/her in RTC Training Info application, and the Application shall not bear any damages caused by that information.
  3. 3. RTC Training Info app is responsible for not using or disclosing any personal information you created or transmitted, for the purposes other than specified in the Terms of Service and protecting the data privacy.
  4. 4. These Terms of Service may be amended, but users will be notified in advance. Failure to respond to these changes within 5 working days of receiving notification will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
  5. 5. RTC Training Info app reserves the right to store access histories and actions performed on the app and to use them within legal regulations to prevent misuse or illegal use of the application.
